Before starting dialysis, Mary Crowley found it difficult to travel. Now that she is on home peritoneal dialysis (PD), Mary is able to work with her doctor to make a flexible treatment schedule that works for her health and lifestyle. PD has helped Mary feel in control, has given her more energy, and has made it possible to travel often and visit friends.
